| The MultiSport soccer programmes
are specifically tailored to children from 3 to 10 years of
age. Our qualified Physical Education coaches specialize in
coaching young children and shall teach the fundamentals of
soccer through fun, age related ball skills drawn from leading
soccer platforms to develop the bread and butter of the game.
Specifically designed weighted balls are used for various age
groups to encourage passing, receiving shooting and dribbling.
All lessons finish with a group game to encourage participation,
co-operation and sportsmanship. Children should wear trainers.

Ages 3&4:
45 mins
MultiSports Soccer programme for Tots (Milk Soccer) is specifically
designed for Pre-school children. A variety of drills and
practices are used with light weight balls which form the
building blocks for all sports. An emphasis is placed on the
development of basic motor skills, running, kicking and group
cooperation as well as an introduction to the concept of the
game.

Ages 5&6: 45 mins
Basic skills are further developed including coordination,
balance, spatial awareness, passing and shooting. Children
are challenged in low-pressure game situations, culminating
in modified games. Our exercises can be adjusted to players
of all abilities.
Ages 7 ¨C10: 1 hour
At this level, children acquire the core technical skills
of soccer such as passing, control and dribbling and a good
grounding in the structure of the game. While age is not an
absolute determinant, children should be able to demonstrate
a proficiency in the basic core technical areas of soccer
such as passing and shooting. Children shall be divided into
groups dependent upon ability and more complex skills developed.
