Develop FUNdamental skills with the MultiSport ABC Fitness programme which incorporates Agility, Balance and Coordination activities to develop basic motor skills which can be transferred into all sports and physical activities. This providing the athlete a solid platform and understanding to go on and excel in their chosen sport or activity.
This exciting new programme will also include an element of  cardio, strength and conditioning and the athletes will be encouraged to create a team environment where they will be supporting each other to get the best out of themselves and their team mates. As well as the athlete developing physically this programme can also help improve confidence, emotional well-being, giving them a positive outlook on life, possible link to better academics (increased concentration and focus), making new friends and learning about teamwork.
Parents are also welcome to sign up for the class as it’s a great bonding opportunity and creates a healthy family lifestyle.
