Junior Sports

Through our signature ‘Junior Sports programme’ students will be introduced to a range of sports, including ball games, gymnastics, striking games and track and field. Many of the skills learnt are transferable to all sports giving our students a valuable skill set as well as allowing them to experience new sports and develop fitness attributes.
We also promote health and fitness elements such as strength, speed, stamina, balance and agility, as well as social values such as teamwork and good sportsmanship.
